My approach is collaborative and conversational.

I work with adults from all walks of life on a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, professional challenges, family and relationship issues, grief and loss, personal growth or feeling stuck in life. Working in a safe, non-judgmental space with a professional who is not enmeshed in our day-to-day lives and relationships is one of the most valuable benefits of therapy. I am committed to creating a comfortable, supportive space for us to work together on whatever life may be throwing your way and to foster an environment that can lead to real and lasting change.
