Fees & Insurance

Therapy

My rates for therapy are $175 for 50-minute sessions and $225 for 80-minute sessions.  I reserve a portion of my practice to offer sliding-scale, lower-fee work with clients as well as pro bono therapy to support the communities I serve. I am happy to discuss that information with you at our initial consultation.

I do not accept insurance but do accept payment from HSAs and provide superbills upon request for clients whose insurance may provide reimbursement for out-of-network providers.  I don’t work directly with insurance companies because doing so can impact the quality of care I am able to provide to clients.  Insurance companies often limit the number of sessions you can have, require specific diagnoses to be made, or dictate the type of therapy that can be used. These restrictions make it challenging for therapists to provide the best possible care for their clients based on their individual needs.

Coaching

My rates for coaching are $300 for individual 50-minute sessions and $400 for individual 80-minute sessions.   I can offer lower rates for clients who are looking for longer-term coaching support.  I also reserve a portion of my practice to offer sliding-scale, lower-fee work with clients.

Coaching is generally not reimbursable by insurance companies.

Continuing Legal Education

I offer attorney-wellness continuing legal education (CLE) for lawyers, which meets the State Bar of California’s Competence Credit requirements.   I work with organizations to establish CLE fees based on their needs and budget.

Training
