My rates for therapy are $185 for 50-minute sessions and $225 for 80-minute sessions. I reserve a portion of my practice to offer sliding-scale, lower-fee work with clients as well as pro bono therapy to support the communities I serve. I am happy to discuss that information with you at our initial consultation. I do not accept insurance but do accept payment from HSAs and provide superbills upon request for clients whose insurance may provide reimbursement for out-of-network providers.
My rates for coaching are $300 for individual 50-minute sessions and $400 for individual 80-minute sessions. I can offer lower rates for clients who are looking for longer-term coaching support. I also reserve a portion of my practice to offer sliding-scale, lower-fee work with clients.
Coaching is generally not reimbursable by insurance companies.
I offer attorney-wellness continuing legal education (CLE) for lawyers, which meets the State Bar of California’s Competence Credit requirements. I work with organizations to establish CLE fees based on their needs and budget.

It is important for clients to understand how information they provide will be protected and used.
For therapy clients, there are certain requirements about confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI) they provide in the course of their work with a therapist. These are detailed in the informed consent paperwork provided to each client before we begin therapy.
For coaching clients, a similar description of how their personal information will be protected and used is included in the Coaching Services Agreement provided before we begin our work together.
