About Me
The focus of my therapy practice is working with adult individuals and couples on a wide variety of personal and relational issues, as well as lawyers, therapists and other professionals in high-stress careers. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and tailor my approach to fit the needs and personalities of my clients. Coaching lawyers and other professionals looking for more fulfillment in their professional lives is also one of my passions.
I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, California and have trained as a coach through the Co-Active Training Institute. Prior to becoming a therapist and coach, I had long and rewarding careers both as a practicing lawyer and in the performing arts. I bring a wide variety of life experiences to my practice and enjoy working with people from all walks of life.
The majority of my work with clients is done via telehealth, which is effective and accessible for people looking to create a space for therapy or coaching in their busy lives. I am happy to talk through any questions you may have about the process.
