Coaching for Career and Life
Coaching can be useful at any stage of a career when you are navigating workplace challenges, burnout, lack of fulfillment, difficulty balancing professional and personal priorities, or uncertainty about what comes next. Our work may involve identifying opportunities to adjust within your current role, exploring new opportunities within your company or elsewhere in your field, or considering a more significant career transition. We’ll work to clarify the core personal values that can guide your decisions and shape the next steps you take.
Having spent twenty years as a corporate lawyer and navigated a career change of my own, I understand firsthand the demands of professional life, as well as the practical and personal considerations involved in deciding what comes next. I bring a collaborative and direct style, with space to focus on the pressures you are navigating, clarify what matters most to you right now, and identify practical next steps that fit your goals and circumstances.
Beyond Work
Sometimes what needs attention has little to do with work. Coaching can help you gain perspective, consider how you want to respond to a personal challenge or transition, and build an accountability plan to support you in following through on your decisions.
My training through the Co-Active Training Institute informs an approach to coaching that is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to the goals that matter most to you.
